How to get what service

1. VWB Programme- related application should be done online by Directorate of Women Affairs.

2. Mother and child support fund disbursement - preliminary approval through committee upazila committee through the concerned union parishad in the light of the circular.

3. Small loan program for self-employment of women- Disbursement of loans on easy terms through upazila committee for self-employment of destitute, helpless and trained women.

4. Distribution of Sewing Machines- Subject to receipt of G&O orders from the Ministry of Women and Child Affairs to registered institutions, underprivileged women's self-employment organizations on application.
5. Prevention of Women and Child Abuse - Taking necessary steps in view of complaints received on women and child abuse through the women abuse prevention committee formed at the upazila level.
6. Registration of Voluntary Women's Associations- Registration of Voluntary Women's Associations with a view to expanding women's development programmes.
7. Awareness Raising and Gender Equality Activities-Awareness raising meetings, yard meetings, seminars and other activities on gender equality to prevent dowry and child marriage.
8. Celebration of various days - As per the instructions received by the Directorate.
